what questions should I ask to bank through RTI ?

can i send my 1st appeal against my employer to FAA directly or it should go through proper channel ? i wanted information regarding my transfer request which is left unanswered by the employer

You can ask any information about your account or your spouse's account such as the balance, copy of passbook, loan details, pending dues etc.
You cannot ask some third person's bank account details in this other than your spouse and close family members.
