Details of death certificate issued by gram panchayat

I would like to know the details of death certificates issued by the gran panchayat in Telangana state. Name of the person died, date of death, ...

Persons are stealing funds even though the person died long ago.

What is the process? how to get the details?

Under RTI you can ask for the copy of death certificates issued by the gram panchayat under section 4 and 6 after payment of requisite fees. But you must be related to the person/ matter for filing the RTI application for the same. You have to mention name of the person, date of death and other personal details to get copy of death certificate.
