Is tamilnadu dental registration valid everywhere in India?

I want to know if my tamilnadu dental registration is valid in all other states of India since every state has it's own registration.

Dentist Registration means the Dentist's registration for the provision of the Services submitted by the Dentist to Cable by any means. A registered dentist means a fully registered person within the meaning of the Dentists Act 1984 who holds a license to practice under that Act.

You can file RTI to know the validity of the Tamilnadu Dental Registration.

Can i get complaint copy and petition copy for which compromise effected in police station.
