No. As per the RTI Act 2005 the application has to contain the name of the applicant. But if the applicant wants the application can be made in the name of some other individual.
The company rejected my incentives on several grounds and I am sure i am eligible for that. But I want to get these statement from them to prove it. When I asked for it under RTI they rejected it as it come under section 8 (1) (d) and (j).
Sir/madam, I had applied for rti on 22 June,2019. They send back a confirmation letter that they get amount of rti. but still they don't send answersheet copy. Please, suggest me what to do next? Regards.
