Yes, you can file RTI Application to obtain a Copy / Certified Copy of the Rights, Tenancy and Crop Information (RTC) extract of a Property.

You can address the RTI Application to concerned Tahsildar Officer or Village Accountant as the case maybe under Section 2 (j) for a Certified Copy of the RTC Extract by paying the prescribed fee. You should mention the full address of the property along with the Survey No. to the concerned Office. Tahsildar Officer or Village Accountant carry out the functions of Revenue Department and hence are "Public Authorities" as per Section 2 (h) of the Act.
