How can I file an RTI application with state government ?

First you should identify the department from which you are seeking the information. Then find out the concerned Public Information Officer and submit the application by post or by hand with proper format, duly signed with 10 Rs IPO. (Some states may require 20 Rs IPO / DD / Court fee stamp)

The company rejected my incentives on several grounds and I am sure i am eligible for that. But I want to get these statement from them to prove it. When I asked for it under RTI they rejected it as it come under section 8 (1) (d) and (j).
