Yes, we can file RTI Applications to West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education (WBCHSE).
WBCHSE is a State Government administered autonomous examining authority for Standard 12 Examination (or Higher secondary level or Pre- University level examination) of West Bengal. WBCHSE was established under West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, Act 1975. The Council is a "Public Authority" as per Section 2 (h) of the RTI Act 2005.
