How many years old information can I get through RTI ?

My forefathers had made will in 1945, now i need copy of it how to get this via RTI.
Will was made in Haryana (now)

You can information relating to documents which are preserved by the authorities. The documents which comes under destruction rules and destroyed by the concern authorities cannot be demanded under RTI Rules.However it is responsibility of authority to preserve documents and they are bound to search documents if requested under RTI.
