Yes, you can file RTI for a Copy of the Marriage Certificate.
You can ask for a Certified Copy of the Marriage Certificate under Section 2 (j) of the Act. The application must be filed to the concerned office where the Registration was done with details of date of registration and name of the parties (Bride and Groom).
