Mai Bbose se 12th pass kiya hu 2019 me, 4 june 2019 ko exam start hua tha, august me result out hua, jab result check kiya to 340 no tha jiska copy mere paas hai but jab orginal marksheet aaya to uspe 325 no hi show ho raha hai or marksheet pe photo v mera nhi hai, or jabki net bala marksheet pe mera hi photo hai jise mai b bose k site se download kiya hu, kya mai rti file kar sakta hu

BBOSE, is a registered Govt. Society under Societies Act. It is an Open & Distance Learning Institution, set up on the lines of National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), under Ministry of Human Resource Development, Govt. of India. Hence, a public authority.

You can ask for the procedure to make the corrections in your marksheet. Hence, application can be made u/s 2(f), 2(j) and 6 mentionig your personal details with the payment of requisite fees as per RTI Act, 2005.
