Yes, you can file RTI application to Karnataka Public Service Commission (KPSC). The Karnataka Public Service Commission conducts exams to recruit candidates for the civil service of Karnataka. It has been established by the Constitution of India, which provides for the establishment of Public Service Commission for the Union and a Public Service Commission for each State (Articles 315 to 323 in Part XIV). The Karnataka Public Service Commission was constituted in 1951 under the provisions of the Constitution of India. State Public Service Commission in every state conduct examinations for recruitment to state services and to advise the governor on disciplinary matters.
