I want to know the cut off marks for Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering Examination (GATE). Can I apply RTI ?

GATE examination is conducted by IIT and IISC bangalore. IIT and IISC are creature of Parliament. You can apply all authorities constituted under law of parliament.
