Muthoot Finance was originally incorporated as a private limited company on March 14, 1997 with the name “The Muthoot Finance Private Limited” under the Companies Act. Subsequently, by fresh certificate of incorporation dated May 16, 2007, its name was changed to “Muthoot Finance Private Limited”.

You are asking question from a Private body which does not come under the ambit of RTI hence they are not bound to reply.
