Cut off mark of departmental exam

I m employee of sbi and appeared in promotion exam. I have asked for cut off and marks of candidate called for interview but cpio and appellate authority has refused to disclosed under 8(1) d and j what to do now.

Yes, you can file second file with the concerned information commission as the section mentioned for rejection does not stand relevant, as the section 8(1)(d) mentions that information including commercial confidence, trade secrets or intellectual property, the disclosure of which would harm the competitive position of a third party, unless the competent authority is satisfied that larger public interest warrants the
disclosure of such information.

The CPIO and FAA has failed to state how section 8(1)(d) applicable in the present case.
