Burdwan University was established under West Bengal Act XXIX of 1959 as a teaching and affiliating University on 15 June, 1960. It is a "Public Authority" as per Section 2 (h) of the RTI Act.
You can file RTI Applications to Burdwan University by addressing the same to the designated "Public Information Officer (PIO)" and making a payment of Rs. 10/- Court Fee.
