  • RTI Experts

Under RTI, one can ask any material in any form, including records, documents, memos, e-mails, opinions, advices, press releases, circulars, orders, logbooks, contracts, reports, papers, samples, models, data material held in any electronic form and information relating to any private body which can be accessed by a public authority under any other law for the time being in force as per section 2 (f) of the RTI Act 2005.

One can ask lots of information from the government offices, for example, one can ask for information related to the garbage problem, road cutting & road repairing detail and street light not working in your area etc.

One can also use RTI to solve your personal problems. Such as:
--Asking the status of the application/complaint, you have files/submitted to the government office.
--Asking a copy of your answer sheet.
--Status of your passport/driving licence/ caste system.
