NO DUE CERTIFICATE UNDER RTI



  • MY FATHER SRI.M.R.SHARMA WAS ALLOTTED THE QUARTER SAID ABOVE IN 1959 AND PAID ALL THE INSTALLMENTS. HE HAS SUBMITTED AN APPLICATION IN PERSON FOR REGISTRATION VIDE HIS A LETTER DATED 7TH MAY,1999 TO THE ESTATE OFFICER, MUNICIPAL OFFICE CHARMINAR AND WAS ACKNOWLEDGED BY HIM. THERE WAS NO REPLY FORM THE ESTATE OFFICER. SINCE MY FATHER HAS EXPIRED ON 6TH JUNE,1999 I REQUEST YOU TO FURNISH THE 'NO DUE CERTIFICATE' TO ENABLE ME TO INITIATE PROCESS FOR REGISTRATION.

    Under section 2 (f) of the RTI Act, you could obtain certified copies of the relevant documents and records which is maintained by the authority as part of its records.
